This website informs about the upcoming service Order Jo — an AI-powered ordering concierge via Messenger for small businesses. You can join a waitlist to be notified at launch. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics software.

3. What Data We Collect

As part of the waitlist signup, we collect the following data:

  • Name: For personal address when contacting you.
  • Email address: For launch notifications and follow-up questions.
  • Business name and type: For assessing suitability and prioritization.
  • Location: For focusing on the Hamburg market.
  • Optional message: Voluntary information about your business.
  • IP address: Transmitted for technical reasons during server access, but not permanently stored.
  • Timestamps: Time of signup and consent for provability.

4. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Notification at launch of Order Jo
  • Answering your questions
  • Internal planning and prioritization of invitations

Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

5. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You give this consent by checking the box in the form. You can revoke your consent at any time — the revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until the revocation. To exercise the revocation, an informal message to business@moinsen.dev is sufficient.

6. Retention Period

Your data is stored until the launch of Order Jo and for a maximum of 12 months thereafter. If you wish to have your data deleted earlier, it will be deleted immediately.

We do not share your data with third parties. The data is stored on our own servers in Germany.
